This notice concerns the Happy Media House website. Our apps have their own privacy information.
Visiting the website
The website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, social-media embeds, account signups or submission forms. Its code does not set cookies or store visitor profiles in your browser.
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Requests pass through its infrastructure. Network information such as your IP address and browser/request details may be processed to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
Private preview access
The private preview uses Cloudflare Access to restrict visits to approved reviewers. Cloudflare processes the sign-in email address and uses authentication and security cookies to manage access. These are separate from the website’s own code. See Cloudflare’s Access cookie information. This preview sign-in is not an app account.
Getting in touch
Email links open your chosen email app. If you send us a message, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to respond to your inquiry. Please avoid including health exports or unnecessary sensitive information.
Company email is handled through iCloud. See Apple’s privacy policy for its processing practices.
We keep correspondence only as long as needed to answer your inquiry, provide ongoing support or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations, then delete it. You can contact us to request deletion.
Links and app privacy
Links to the App Store and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. For Rolling Heart, read its maintained app privacy policy. This website notice does not replace it.
